Can we get married at The Woburn Coffee House?
Yes, the beautiful Orangery is licenced for civil ceremonies for up to 48 guests. The bride and groom must contact Central Bedfordshire Registration Service on 0300 300 8089 to book their civil ceremony.
Are we allowed confetti?
Confetti is permitted in the Orangery.

What time can I access Woburn Coffee House on the morning of our wedding?
We will welcome you into the Coffee House from 9am.
Do you have an area for the bride and bridal party to get ready in?
Our elegant White Room is the perfect area for the bridal party to get ready in and we can of course organise refreshments for you to enjoy whilst getting ready. A complimentary bottle of Prosecco will be on ice awaiting your arrival.
How many guests can we have?
We host weddings for a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 48 guests.
Which days do you host weddings?
We host weddings from Wednesday to Sunday.
What deposit is required and when is the balance due?
A 35% deposit is required, with the balance due one month before your wedding.
What happens if it rains?
In inclement weather, reception drinks and canapés are hosted in The Old Front Restaurant and Snug.
Are children welcome?
Children are welcome, and we have a dedicated menu for them.
Is there a local accommodation discount?
A preferential rate with The Woburn offers a 15% discount. Please contact our wedding team for details.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Individual dietary requirements can be catered for, including vegetarian, vegan, pescetarian and gluten-free diets. Please discuss your guests’ requirements with our wedding team.
Can we bring our own wedding cake?
Yes, you can bring your own wedding cake.
What are the wedding-day hours?
Your wedding day runs from 9am to 10pm.

Suppliers
Do we have to use your preferred suppliers?
We have a recommended suppliers list which we will share with you, but there is no obligation to use them. Our recommended suppliers are people we have worked with previously and know The Woburn Coffee House well. If you decide to use a new supplier, we may ask them to provide certain documents. We have an in-house wedding co-ordinator who will look after every aspect of your special day.
Music & drinks
Can you have evening entertainment?
Due to our residential location, we can either permit a small DJ set up or a small acoustic band to entertain your guests.
What time will our evening reception finish?
We kindly ask for any music to stop at 10pm.
Can we supply our own alcohol?
Yes, you can supply your own alcohol for your wedding afternoon tea. Corkage prices are available on request.
Do you have a bar facility?
Yes. The Woburn Coffee House is licenced and we can organise a bar facility with house spirits.
Access & parking
Do you have car parking?
Large village car park with free usage and only a short stroll away (Park Street, MK17 9PG).
Do you have wheelchair access?
Due to the age and layout of the Woburn Coffee House, there are steps leading into some areas of the building. The main entrance is through a standard doorway, and guests can be dropped off directly outside the front door. Please note that we do not have a disabled toilet. We are happy to arrange a visit in advance so you can view the facilities. If you have any access questions or specific requirements, please contact our General Manager, who will be happy to help.
