With over 20 years’ experience running weddings, Ian is deeply committed to creating unforgettable memories for every guest who steps into the Orangery.

He loves to use fresh, seasonal ingredients to hand-craft exquisite canapés, delicate pastries and show-stopping treats that our bridal couples love. With over 16 years of experience specialising exclusively in weddings and events, Emma is passionate about giving couples a day they will truly remember.
